RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At Lencería Nupcial by María Palomo Couture, every garment is made by hand and made to order, taking care of every detail with the delicacy that characterises our brand.

For this reason, we do not hold stock and each piece is made especially for you once the purchase has been made.

RETURNS

In keeping with our philosophy of sustainable, personalised production, returns and cancellations are not accepted once the purchase has been confirmed, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty.
  • The order received does not match the one requested.

In these cases, you may request a refund of the amount paid at no cost. To do so, you will need to follow the steps set out below:

  1. Send us an email on the same day you receive the order, at info@mariapalomocouture.com, stating the order number and including a photograph that clearly shows the defect or damage.
  2. It is important not to remove the tag or handle the item.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and confirm collection or replacement of the product with you.
  4. RETURN COSTS: For any type of return, the customer bears the cost of shipping the product they wish to exchange. For Spain, costs vary depending on the courier used, and for shipments abroad the shipping cost is approximately 35€. Shipping costs will be borne by María Palomo Couture in the case of serious or visible defects or errors attributable to us, for example: a size L robe is ordered and a size S is sent.

⚠️ Important note: Returns will not be accepted more than 24 hours after receipt of the order, unless it was indicated beforehand that the product is a gift. In that case, the period may be extended provided this was specified when the purchase was made.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If the size you chose is not right, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Just write to us at info@mariapalomocouture.com stating your order number and the size you would like.

Remember that all our garments are made by hand, so we can adapt them to your measurements before you buy. If you are unsure between two sizes, we will be happy to advise you.

DELIVERY TIMES

All our bridal robes and nightgowns are made to order, so the estimated delivery times are 10 to 30 calendar days from confirmation of purchase. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, contact us before making your purchase and we will confirm whether express delivery is possible.
